I definitely promise to stick with it too! ;) Yesterday, it was pretty crazy at work + dealing with blizzard warnings and just trying to get home before all transportation shut down! So, I did not make it to the gym either. But today, I took my snow day as an opportunity to have a longer gym session and really gain…

Hi Nikki! I started out with Jillian Michaels DVDs last spring and loved them! I used to be very active and did yoga twice a week. After a cross country move and a new job, I gained a ton of weight and didn't know how to get active again. Jillian's DVDs did wonders for me! Specifically no more trouble zones and the 30 day…

This is awesome! I totally get down on myself if I get off track one day and I forget that it's just a matter of accepting that we are human and we can choose to make tomorrow better! Way to go! One thing I always try to keep in mind is that weight loss is not linear! I use the app Happy Scale to keep track of my weight on…

Hi! I finished the PiYo program at the end of October. I loved it! I consider myself an advanced yogi, so I was worried that it wouldn't be enough of a challenge but the cardio aspect was awesome. There are different workouts for each day and the Pilates, yoga based ones really help to stretch and tone. Even now, in…

Thanks! I am not as scared of the weight as I am scared of being the only woman in the free weights side of the gym. But I'll never get over it unless I just do it, right?

I am just finishing up my first round of PiYo next week and I loved it! I love yoga and this was a great program for me- it kept me interested and challenged and I saw results! I lost 4 lbs and 1 inch off my waist! I am considering doing another round of PiYo after the holidays. I would love to be PiYo buddies :)
