  • I am just finishing up my first round of PiYo next week and I loved it! I love yoga and this was a great program for me- it kept me interested and challenged and I saw results! I lost 4 lbs and 1 inch off my waist! I am considering doing another round of PiYo after the holidays. I would love to be PiYo buddies :)
