I have been doing hip centric but have been considering switching to streaming lately! Have you tried it yet? I would love to add friends who are also doing TAM!

I love Tone It Up. I think the nutrition plan really helps and those who do not use it typically won't have as great results. The workouts are as challenging as you make them. You can always increase weight, amount of times per routine, etc. Feel free to ask any more questions! xx

I follow TIU workouts and use their plan. I hear a lot of people talk about Blogilates, though. How do you like her workouts in comparison?
