What are you cutting to? Little muscle mass, bones, and organs. Eat at a slight caloric surplus with adequate protein and make ACTUAL strength and hypertrophy gains. You don't have to drink protein shakes anytime. They should just be used to supplement your daily protein intake. It would be more beneficial to drink it afterwards.
