Currently: 183 pounds Goal: 150 has always been my happy weight so I'd accept 150. But with lots of hard work I've been 134. That's my dream goal.

P90X was always my favorite. I had great results with it. I loved it so much, I went through it 3 times. However, I started Hammer and Chisel at the end of December and I am in love. It blows P90X out of the water. I would highly recommend it. The longest workout is 40 minutes and you do a little bit of everything. Agility…
