We have similar goals! - you're making me think I should drop my goal weight, but I'm assuming when I put on muscle I wont be able to drop below 120lbs

Refeed days are basically your weekly cheat meal for those that are on longer term low carb diets...has something to do with Leptin and blah blah blah.

If you're lifting that heavy - to where you're grinding your teeth :# then maybe decrease the weight. Start small - bodyweight exercises

Absolutely true that if you don't eat enough calories as a whole, you probably won't be able to prevent muscle loss :) It's a test & tune process

But on a serious note - your protein/carb/fat ratio should be sufficient to maintain lean muscle mass, it all depends on what you body thinks of this ratio and caloric intake. Im sorry - but you can't live off chocolate & cake every day if its under your calorie limit and still lose weight in a healthy manner. What you eat definitely does matter. Jade2112 - try to plan your meals ahead of time, and try to not purchase the foods that are deemed unhealthy - like chips/cookies/over-processed food
