Tiger Nuts - What on earth do I do with them
So I bought tiger nuts from Amazon, and I've tried them out of the bag - they have a great taste but the texture of them is just not great. Any ideas on what to create with this tuber? TIA

The lowest calorie potato?
133 grams of each Red skin - 96 cals Regular (i guess brown skinned?) - 102 cals Sweet - 114 cals and this is all according to google. So i guess I should stick to red skinned potatoes when I have the potato craving, yes? Or does someone have other numbers?

Should I do my deadlifts on leg day, or back day....or a separate day altogether? I do a 3 day split because I am only able to get to the gym 3 days a week...so I'm hoping to get a general consensus for the latter
