Did I hit a plateau or am I being impatient?

Looking for some input/opinions from experienced lifters and dieters. Currently I'm struggling with leaning out , and maybe I'm just being impatient, but let's take a look
Stats: 5'3", 140lbs
Currently eating 1700 calories, Macro breakdown C: 30% F:30% P:40%
Been following this program for 4 weeks: http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/bikini-body-workout-4-weeks-to-your-best-body.html?mcid=SM_facetraining01032715
The first 4 weeks I lost 5lbs which got me to my current weight, but I'm struggling to continue leaning, and I just started week 6 ( I liked the workout plan so much that I'm doing round two)
So I'm looking at changing my macros around to 40/25/35. I think some sort of change needs to be made, so any input would be great, thanks in advance
And just to add, I weigh all of my food diligently, even my whey protein

So you've been stuck about a week? Yeah, that's definitely impatience! :P A plateau is generally 6 weeks or more with no weight loss. A stall for a week or two is very common, and if you're weighing weekly (and not daily) you could just have been fluctuating when you weighed. I don't think there's any need to worry about changing things yet unless you want to, just stick with it!0
