28 lbs, plateaued and then My Sister in law (weight loss buddy) got pregnant and in all the excitement I sort of just forgot about My goals and just can't get My fire back. :(

20 here, (and new) I also started at 185 and am at 178 right now, highest weight was 193 about 1 1/2 months ago. Good Luck! :smile:
