Interesting. I've never posted before, but I've also lost 30 lbs, and now want more definition. My other problem is my age, which can work against more defined muscle... I'm starting to take in much more protein.

Meditation can be frustrating. Thoughts keep invading, and at least for me, I don't notice much of a difference in my mental state. But I keep trying. At worst, it's a quiet and relaxing exercise.
