Count me in guys.My target for the month is 90 miles.

First get best shoes you can afford fitted at a running store.Stretch well before run.Slow down,try 12min miles.Its harder than you think to slow down but force yourself.Sign up for a 5k charity run thats about 3 months away,and tell everyone your doing it,so you can't back out.Enjoy it,you will succeed.

Keep training the way you are,and sign up for a challenge soon,its the best way to stay motivated.

Well done gym 5 times a week is fantastic.I did a 6 mile mud run with obstacles in may,it was great fun.Tough mudder would be alot harder but worth it.Go for it,you can do it.

Am at work also.My goal is to run 4 times a week,with the hope of doing a marathon in spring of next year.Whats yours?

Look back at what you achieved before,how great you felt.Get signed up for a new challenge in the new year,half marathon,10k,charity walk or triathlon and tell everyone your doing it.It might give you that little extra push your needing at the mo.
