I don,t like full burpees, still too heavy for a full one, but I step one foot then the other into them, but I do the 2 feet back in and the hop up in the end too, so almost a full one. I have a lot of weight in my butt and hips, so when that comes down further I,ll be doing full burpees.

I think most ladies who have never been overweight always ate 2000 or less(men likely a little higher), us who have been larger, got large because we have been eating more and gaining weight. 1500 calories yesterday, had a couple treats but made myself stay under. It's so cold and nasty here, I don, t want to walk and the community centre is closed so no walk or swim for me, my exercise will be a YouTube fitness video today, gotta get my butt moving this new year.

Anyone got any specific plans for eating or exercise next year. I try to stay around 1200-1300 and try to add activity of any sorts 30 min 4-7 times a week. I am not as strict as in weighing everything, I keep track of calories on a daily basis. I feel I could track like this on a long term basis. What's everyone else do?

I can relate. I wore a 3x top and 26 pants. Went shopping today and bought a 1x top. Found 2 other tops I liked but they were 2x, it was weird to know I couldn't, get them as they were too big. I just wish I would lose from my butt and hips every with my top area as now I look bottom heavy, pants are only down about 1 size.

Started weight loss in beginning of August have not weighed in yet, too much up and down makes me discouraged.

I want to try standup paddle boarding. I want to walk around on a beach or at the pool without feeling the need to cover myself up. I want to go biking next summer, and the paddle boarding, next aummer too.
