  • I'm struggling with maintaining now. My problem is I stopped tracking. Eyeballing calories instead of measuring. Of course, it's because I'm invincible...Not! Happy Tracking!
  • Maybe try "clean eating". More smaller meals combining a protein and carb. Just eat the veggies you do like.

  • I try to drink extra water. Seems odd when you're already feeling bloated and gross but it worked for me.
  • My family doctor told me that because I'm a shift worker I would never lose weight and that I should quit my job. I don't have much faith in a doctors advice until I find a new doctor.
  • Thanks for all the ideas. I do like the body fat % idea. I also read an article that said aiming for a BMI of 20-22 is good. If I chose 21, it would put me at 119. Not unreasonable.
