Starting mid month because I just don’t want to put this off until November. Goal for this month (next 2 weeks - 2 kilos or 4.4 lb). I expect to fluctuate a fair bit. So I’m currently October 16 : 77 kilos / 170 pound

Yeah same here, not picking up exercise or calories burned from Fitbit . Came here cause I thought it was me.
