  • At your height you should be eating around 1300-1400 calories to lose weight. Not eating enough stops your metabolism from working properly and you will not lose weight.
  • I always stop dieting when I'm not well. You need a full quota of calories to recover quickly so I make sure I'm having a normal daily allowance rather than the reduced calorie allowance that is needed to diet. Hope you feel better soon!
