I'm ordering in a pizza tonight simply because I have a craving for it, not really eaten unhealthy in the last 2 weeks which is unheard of for me. I'm not going crazy though it will be smaller than what I normally get, granted it will take me over the calorie limit but it's not the end of the world for me

Yeah I'm positive with it just annoyed as wanted to find out what I'd achieved in my 1st week, I know at least I've not exceeded my calorie intake on any day so that's reason enough to celebrate, I'll know on Tuesday what my new starting weight will be so take it from there

I've been looking for something that I can put my lunches in, 3 different types of salad, it looks like these boxes will fit the bill perfectly

I have the following on a daily basis Strong multi vitamin Vitamin C Magnesium Blended fish oils Turmeric Pre-Biotics I have crohns so a healthy diet and these vitamins are one of the options I have the other been immunosuppressive drugs and steroids, I know which ones I'd sooner be having and it's not the strong drugs.

I'm due to order some Kefir Grain in the next few days, never tried it before and only heard about it a couple of days ago. I'll be trying 1% milk to start with to see how that goes, i'm going to be using the Kefir as a smoothie base
