X2. The fact that lists can sync between devices is awesome if the same person doesn't get to the store all the time.

That's not what influenza does, that would be a type of gastroenteritis and the flu shot will not protect against it. It's a very common misconception though I would be all on board to never vomit again.

This can go both ways though. What credible proof exists that non GMO food is 100% safe to eat? Nothing that is 100% safe, there will always be some variable that screws it up. This is true whether it's naturally derived or done in a lab.

Garmin can be synced with usb via the charging cord and when I had a Fitbit it came with a Bluetooth dongle to allow sync through usb.

No they are not essentially baking soda, they may end up with the same result but are very different things. To the original poster, a lot of issues with smell can be using too much detergent. It can leave a residue which can lead to bacteria growth.

The weight on the bag will be before cooking unless it specifies cooked. The piece count is an average, you could have 5 pieces that weight 42 grams or 5 pieces that weigh 120 grams. Best thing to do would be to weigh all you're cooking then divide it by the number of servings you plan. It won't be exact for each serving…

Garmin uses an ANT+ connection, all the cheaper sensors I've seen are Bluetooth. I haven't seen any cheaper priced ANT+ sensors.

I've got a Forerunner 230 that I like on the treadmill it's within a tenth of a mile for me from 5-7mph. Some treadmills are closer than others, my at home $250 Weslo seems to be far off but the Precors at work are pretty close. If you wanted to get closer Garmin offers a foot pod for indoor running.

98 grams is no where near a pound it's roughly 3oz. A pound is 450ish grams.

Check out Craigslist, around me a barely used one can be had for under $200.

Maybe, I wasn't planning on running 7 miles at 4am this morning either. That happens when you have dinner beers and fall asleep at 8.

I'll 3rd dcrainmaker, I liked my FR15 with the exception that it had to be plugged in to transfer runs. Didn't seem like a big deal at the time but Bluetooth transfer is much more convenient. I use a FR230 now and it does everything I want it to do.

I've got a Withings WS-30 it's fairly accurate, doesn't fluctuate if you step off then back on and automatically syncs with MFP.

Fat content has nothing to do with weight loss. I lost 70 pounds eating bacon and eggs fried in bacon grease at least 3 times a week. Get your calories in check and have the bacon.

It's a little more expensive but a Garmin Vivosmart HR+ adds GPS to track outside activities.

I'd run anyway.

As long as the phone is running Android 4.3 or higher there shouldn't be an issue except with the Blaze not using all features. If you shop around a Samsung Galaxy S5 can be found in your price range and will work fine.

I've got a Withings WS30 and it does not have that issue.

Mine used to pop out probably 4-5 times a year, hurt like hell for about a day and then was gone until the next episode. Running helped strengthen the ligaments around it and hasn't happened now for over a year. Your swelling and pain is probably more related to your meniscus tear than the knee cap. Surgery for that is…

If you want and excuse to buy a new toy the Garmin Forerunner 10's are under $80 brand new. No bluetooth sync but will do what you want.
-
If you're not concerned with heart rate and if you don't mind having to plug it in to a computer to sync a Forerunner 25 would work well. If you don't use the GPS feature on your walks the battery will last about a month before you'd have to recharge. It's also water resistant to 50 meters depth.…

Basically MFP will use the data it gets from Garmin to determine how active you have been. If you've been more active you get a positive adjustment i.e. +100 calories, if you've been less active you get a negative adjustment i.e. -100 calories.

I find running outside is easier, you can naturally vary your pace where on the treadmill you're at one pace and that's it. I've done 5k's at an 8:30/mile pace outside but struggle with a steady 10 min/mile pace on the treadmill. There is nothing wrong with heel striking, the best form for you is however you naturally run.…

Go check and make sure your info is correct. Height, weight, etc. I had a similar thing happen when somehow my birthday got changed to 70 years earlier.
