  • Let's try this one lol https://www.stefanelliscandies.com/collections/sponge-candy
  • Best way I can describe it is like fluffy caramel covered in chocolate. https://www.yourerie.com/digital-first/digital-exclusive/digital-exclusive-sponge-candy-explained/
  • Sponge candy, ox roast, and pepperoni balls.
  • Something to consider if you're looking at commercial units as well, they do not fold and are not the easiest thing to disassemble. They'll also JUST fit through a 36" door so if you have an older house you may run into issues. @mshawski not sure on what tools your husband has available but if he can take a voltage reading…
  • If you have Sole and have it repaired, run it until it doesn't work anymore. Honestly they can all have problems but you may get it repaired and never have another issue with it. I've never heard too much bad about Nordictrack and I wouldn't hesitate to buy one. Personally I've got a Sole F63 and haven't had any issues.…
  • I've been more than happy with my Sole F63 right around $1k. I think I'm at 125 hours on it since March with no issues.
  • Good luck, I strained mine the end of July stepping up into my truck bed. 2 months later it's finally starting to get noticeably better.
  • Check out Mint Mobile, runs off of T Mobile and if you prepay for a year it's 15/month for unlimited talk/text/3g data and 3gb of 4g. Here's a referral link for $15 off, if you give it a shot. http://fbuy.me/m7sbF
  • I had the same feeling when I started running the first time. Doc thought it was a torn meniscus, after an MRI and 2 x-rays turns out it was hairline fracture in my tibial plateau. Had to take 6 weeks off and start again.
  • Do you have a fitness tracker connected and negative calories selected? If so that's normal and it will change as you move.
  • Hit up Amazon for the previous versions of current shoes. That'll be the easiest way. The Saucony Omni I'm wearing are $130 for the current version and $65 for the last. Buy 2 pairs if you can and rotate them.
  • I'll agree with above. You could probably run a 15k today if you wanted. A 10 minute mile should be pretty easy for you to hit. Throw in a slower 4.5 mile and 7 mile during the week and you're good, just make sure you've got a good pair of running shoes. I just finished a half marathon plan and it was pretty much a mid…
  • No advice on the beaches but I applied for a passport the beginning of November and it only took a week to come back without the expedited processing.
  • I did the San Antonio RnR last month and it was an awesome experience. It's a great city to visit with plenty of food and activities. I'm heading to Disney in April to run the Rival Run Half Marathon, I'm sure it's going to be great.
  • If running is something you're hoping to stick with skip the Fitbit and go for Garmin, Suunto, or Polar. Those will work better long term. I can't speak for the last 2 but most Garmin models will do intervals out of the box, no 3rd part app required.
  • Not sure on mileage but it tends to be every 6 months or so. I've washed mine a few times, they'll be fine as long as you don't put them in the dryer.
  • It's 58 cents/gallon in PA, #1 in the nation.... 3.05 here in Erie, it's been great putting $65 a week in my Tundra.

  • These are what our Athletic Trainers use, they've had the same 5 for a couple years for treating our 400 student athletes so they can't be terrible. https://www.power-systems.com/shop/product/high-density-foam-roller
  • Probably not for long unless you brace it from the sides. Ideally you'll want a couple feet of post into the ground.
  • FWIW the YMCA's in my area offer Zumba as well.
  • A entire bag of Starburst jelly beans, 1400 calories of bliss.
  • Something to consider with organic, pesticides can still be used and can be more toxic than synthetic products, they may also use more pesticide because the natural product is less effective. I just try to stick with locally sourced products rather than organic. They can be slightly more expensive but at least I know where…
  • You should definitely reconsider your calorie goal also. I'm 5'9" 190lbs and can lose regularly on 2200 with 3 5k runs a week.
  • Yes butter should be separate. If you baked it yourself do a recipe with all the ingredients and set the servings to however many slices you end up with. If you bought it find a reasonable entry and do the same but be conscious that it will not be correct. And if you don't have one buy a food scale add it will make things…
  • Double check all of your settings. It happened to me once and somehow my birth date got changed to 1900, screwed things up for awhile.
  • I slap a half tablespoon of butter in my cast iron. Only problem I ever have is occasional sticking with eggs.
  • I'd rather drink 1 of something I like than try to save calories drinking something I don't. What's funny though is that I consider those 2 lower calories since what I usually drink are 2-300 calories a piece.
  • I'm pretty happy with the way my Tundra sits now with a 3/1 lift.
