  • I wanted to like those since I'm cheap but I've tried a few pair like those and cannot get the little *kitten* to stay in my ears.
  • These ones are pretty good. TaoTronics Wireless In-Ear Earbuds with Microphone https://www.amazon.com/dp/B06Y671331/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_fcMlAbF3W25N7
  • I used RunDouble
  • I typically eat a couple dozen a week, been doing it for a couple years with no issues.

  • You definitely need new shoes two years of daily wear is no bueno. Get a pair for running and only wear them for running. I end up going through a pair every 6-8 months then get a new pair for running and start wearing the old for work.
  • Yup I've redeemed about $30 worth and have $10 waiting. You'll also get 60 points for logging an activity and 20 for logging weight.
  • In your price range you can probably pick up a certified refurbished Garmin Forerunner 220/230/620
  • Here's 2013 me vs 2017. From 255 to 180.
  • What's amusing to me is I'll do pretty much all the repairs on my vehicles except oil changes. The local Chrysler dealer does them for $23 and I can barely buy the oil and filter for under that. The only exception is my Tundra that takes nearly 7 quarts of full synthetic, even then sometimes it's worth the $48.
  • I've got some from Old Navy, they work well enough down to around 20 degrees with shorts.
  • I've got 2 pairs of these guys, stay in place place well and have great battery life. The one pair is about 2 years old and still working well. https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B06Y671331/ref=mp_s_a_1_12?ie=UTF8&qid=1506635991&sr=8-12&refinements=p_89%3ATaoTronics&pi=AC_SX236_SY340_FMwebp_QL65&keywords=bluetooth+headphones
  • I guess I should have provided more detail. I tell them to do the first 3-4 weeks on a treadmill, tell them it's boring as all get out but that it will help give them a baseline. Usually starting with a 2.5-3 mph walk and 4-4.5 for the run, that seems to be a decent starting point for most. From that point gradually…
  • I really like C25K but for people who ask me I always recommend doing it on a treadmill. It's super boring but it really does work better for beginners since you can control your speed. 3 years later I still have trouble keeping a steady pace outside.
  • Look for used, most are still in nearly new shape for cheap. If money and space aren't an issue buy a Precor TRM885
  • I've had luck with Saucony and Mizuno for wide feet but ultimately you need to buy what actually fits. Look at it this way, is paying less money worth possibly getting injured?
  • My 2 boys have been eating the 4health brand for almost 10 years, IMO it's a great, fairly inexpensive choice. They have 4 or 5 different varieties as well as the same varieties with a grain free option. Even better they typically have 10% off coupons every month.
  • This isn't quite true, you could only purchase 6 or 12 packs of beer from a bar or full cases from state licenced distributors until about 5 years ago. You can now purchase up to 160 ounces (not 100% on that amount but it's close to that) from licenced convenience, or grocery stores. Any quantity can still be purchased…
  • There should be either bearings or bronze bushings on the end of the arm. Replace those and it should get rid of the slop. This is a good time to inspect the belts and resistance wheel for wear and lubricate all the pivot points.
  • I've done the oven cleaner method it works well but can take awhile. I switched to the lye bath which is pretty much the same thing but easier.
  • This varies depending on the state you live in, I could pick up raw milk on my way home. It is illegal to sell it across state lines though. Also as mentioned above the only eggs that are pasteurized are ones that are labeled as such.
  • If it's a well seasoned pan there is no problem, a new or recently seasoned pan may end up with it seasoning stripped though. I've regularly simmered chili in my 100+year old Waypak with no seasoning problems.
  • It's not difficult to strip them. Buy some lye and a rubbermaid tote, mix 50/50 with water. Let them soak and the lye won't damage the cast iron so feel free to leave them in for weeks if you like. I typically use Crisco or bacon grease to season through 3-4 heat/cool times in the oven. Doesn't take too long especially if…
  • This thread is now nearly 6 years old and a lot has changed. Buy a good phone and it'll work no matter what the operating system, but you can't expect a $200 android phone to work as well as a $800 iphone.
  • Good luck with that, I'm still waiting on $75 worth of rewards from two years ago.
  • Doesn't mean you still won't have to pay, friend of mine thought he was being smart going to a NY reservation until the $4200 bill from PA showed up.

  • My wife drives a 2011 Durango Crew we paid around 25k for it with about 60 thousand miles on it. Still had a portion of the factory warranty left. Has everything you listed plus an entertainment system. Gets surprisingly good fuel mileage for as large of vehicle that it is between 20-22 for her daily commute and 25-26…
  • I try to run around 15 miles a week. Sometimes it's 6 days to do this week it was 3 days, just depends on how I feel.
  • The Fitbit social aspect and customer service is fantastic, however in my experience the product leaves a lot to be desired. Between my wife and I we went through 3 Flex and 3 Charge under warranty. They do work well when they work but seem to be plagued by battery and band issues. We switched to Garmin and while the…
  • I've purchased a few used phones through Swappa, much cheaper than buying new.
