I look daily at other peoples Food Diaries (or stalk :P) to keep myself motivated and on track with my own diet.

I keep motivated by remembering how horrible I feel when I've eaten too much or haven't walked. Usually any food cravings I might have only last 20 minutes and afterwards I'm so pleased I didn't give up eating healthy, that's all the motivation I need!
