  • I have tried a couple of times to have the kiddos work out with me, but that ends up poorly - a very memorable Yoga experience ruined that for me! Lol. I had a plan to take the kids to the Y for gymnastics while I did something in the cardio room...maybe I need to revisit that idea! Jen
  • I usually do not like the texture of any of the shakes. My advice would be to make sure to get a blender bottle so that they get mixed up enough to not have chunks of powder still in them. I feel like, ingredient wise, they are all very similar, so I would choose one that is affordable and has a flavor you like!
