Plan A: On my fitness Pal, list your menu everyday throughout the holidays, until Jan 1. Decide what you're going to eat on those days and stick to it. Plans B: Indulge throughout the Holiday week. Enjoy yourself. Eat exactly what you want. Then, get back on track. I'm choosing plan B. 🥧 🍷 🤓

Me too, Corina. Plain old calorie counting. I don’t know what macros are, so I don’t count those. I don’t drink milk and try to avoid animal products. I snack on Skinny pop. 😋
