  • Evelyn, Thanks for the encouraging words. I too drastically need to increase my fluid intake 💧 and have also learned that logging my meals on MFP in advance (sometimes a day in advance), really does help keep me from going over my daily calorie allowance. 🧁

  • The fire roasted Mistura is great. But the fire roasted Melange is even better. The Mistura has broccoli and squash. The Melange has mushrooms and Brussel sprouts. 😋 They come frozen in a big 4 lb bag at Costco.

  • Thanks for all the encouragement Susanna. I sure do need it. Doing pretty good so far. Tonight I had a baked potato with a pat of butter, and about 3 cups of vegetable Mistura (frozen from Costco), and 2 navel oranges. Staying under my daily calorie allowance of 1530. 😋
