congrats. In my opinion starting is the hardest part, once you see results it almost becomes like an addiction (in a good way!) Keep up the good work and I have no doubt that you will get there. Whenever it gets hard to keep going don't think about how far you have left to go think of how far you already have gone

I started looking at food and thinking about what it would do for my body instead of what it tastes like. For example candy does nothing for the body where an apple is good fuel to keep your body going.
