I would like to learn more about clean eating for good health. I am a wheelchair user and I don't love exercise but want to feel good and have some energy. I am not a picky eater. I like everything. I just need to be smarter about what I eat. And get motivated to exercise .

I have been in a wheelchair for 16 years. I use a power chair. I have a belly I would like to lose :) I have been doing Stronger Seniors chair exercise and watching my calories. I "fall off the wagon" a lot though. I will ead these posts (I just discovered) for motivation.
