I suffer from the same problem. Try adding cardio (at least 45 mins 3xs a week) It helps burn fat and lean you out.

I know how you feel. I am 5'8 and I currently weigh 136. My goal is 133 but shaking these last 3 lbs and keeping them off has been a doozy!

Anyone seen my twin?? Age: 28 Height: 5'8 Highest Weight: 155 Current Weight: 136 Goal Weight: 133 I cannot seem to shake these last few pounds!! I am willing to take any suggestions.
