Try UMP Vanilla with almond milk. You can mix in whatever you want. Low in sugar. Tastes amazing. I drink one for breakfast before I work out because I hate having a lot of food in my belly if I am going to run. :-) It's made by Beverly International. Hi Haley~ I am just starting Insanity as well. I used to be terrible at pushups but as long as you practice them, you will eventually get strong enough to do them. I also did a lot of upperbody work on bicept, tricept, chest and back and that seemed to help me. You will get stronger. Keep up with it!
