  • Protein shakes aren't all sugar and nasties. Normally they're simply egg protein, I use them everyday I train for swimming to avoid my weightloss diet from eating the protein in my muscles. Remember protein only lasts about 8 hours in your body, so you need to include it into your daily diet. Hope This helps. ; )
