That'll do it, just stop smoking. Hang in there. I'm in the same boat except that my vice is 200-250 miles a week on the bike. This season I want to maintain 165-170 instead of dropping down to 152 like I did last year.

I just completed 555 miles so far this month. 1/2 of the miles came from my Spring Training camp in the Texas Hill Country, where for a 5 day window the weather was literally perfect. Before the month is out, I should be able to get another 100 miles on my indoor rollers. My goal would be 655 miles.
