I've seen or participated in several step challenges in this group and/or team over the months and am always amazed at how quickly steps add up. Our ten team members in the group step challenge have emassed over 1.5 million steps so far this month. Great job!!

In case you missed it, our fearless leader @Kres567 posted the F2F group challenge on the main group page at https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/10727684/february-week-3-group-challenge#latest I'm trying #4. I started easy with one bottle today. Friday should be interesting, however. :)

Just don't overdo it at the gym. I was amazed at how much endurance I lost when I was down for four days with my knee.

Event at church. Same bakery as last weekend so I can speak from experience :/ that they are good. But the goal is to keep myself entertained elsewhere. The other thing I struggle with more on the weekends is succumbing due to hunger. I start eating earlier on the weekends and am up longer. Have to find some way to fix…
