PS, here is a calculation you can do to figure out your fluid requirements 0.5 ounces x your body weight in lbs = daily fluid requirement in ouncesonce you have that figured out you can start to plan out a schedule - mini-goals - taking your foods into consideration, and go from there.

I tend to drink a full glass every time I brush my teeth, so that's at least 2. Then drink one with each meal so that's another 3-4 depending how many times I eat. I track randomly, but naked in the am after I pee. I record only weights that are lower than the last weight I recorded. This works to keep me motivated and not emphasize the gains.
