@CamandJarvis - It's tough having bad cramps at work. I've been there too. I've found that rubbing the small of my back over the course of a few minutes will help the pain. Can you take laps around the office? Walking helps, too.

I've been doing a couch to 5K program and I've really been enjoying it. The enjoyment is a non-scale victory, or at least a pleasant non-scale surprise. I love watching dumb TV shows, though I rarely do so, and I run on a treadmill that has a TV. I click that sucker on and before you know it, the Real Housewives or Below…
