Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! I'm still experiment and do better, but I've been consistently logging my calories, so I'm working as I go, and have been doing good! 7 pounds down since August 1st. Now I'm working on cardio goals.

I'm so glad I found this thread, I need it! Tomorrow's goals will be: 1. At least 32 ounces of water. 2. No sweets. Simple for the day, since I won't be able to get to the gym.
