Usually belly fat is the last to go, so be patient! I hope you've taken some before pictures so when you're feeling like you're not seeing any progress you can look back and see that changes are being made.

I'm going to hippo and tell you what I've done. 1. Buy only one unhealthy snack for the week. Usually dark chocolate. 2. Only shop once a week to avoid buying more junk. 3.
