You can flucuate 3-8lbs a day. It's normal and completely unfair. Drink water and eat less salt, it'll go away.
-
No, but I don't really have intense cravings or a ravenous feeling. Mostly just rage and hatred for everything. I eat chocolate and candy almost every day anyway so meh.
-
I had a pb&j sandwich for dinner and now I want another. :( So tasty
-
Mm, chocolate! Welcome!

This sounds so good! Thanks for posting in grams. I think we'll do foil packets with chicken breast and veggies tonight and throw this sauce on it.

I have a 14 month old, I get it. She's only recently started letting me do things like house work without being up my butt screaming for attention. Do you baby wear? You could get a wrap or a soft structured carrier and take baby on walks/do housework that way. You can do yoga with your baby or workout during naps. A 15-20…

Congrats on the new baby! Try not to be to down about your body, remember that you made a human with it. That's a lot of work so be proud of what you accomplished. Are you breastfeeding? If so don't forget to add on 300 calories to your goal and stay hydrated. Enjoy your squish!
-
Um, no. Nobody should be using them and if you're breastfeeding you better not.

Today. Start TODAY. Don't tell yourself you'll start tomorrow or when all the "junk" food is gone from your pantry, and don't be like me and wait for a Monday or the 1st of the month. Go out and buy a measuring tape, a food scale, water bottle and a scale. Take before pictures if you are up to it, measure yourself and…

Hi, I'm Allie, I have a 14 month old LO I started at 220 (I stopped looking at the scale a few weeks before delivery) and now I'm down to 152. Congrats on all the babies, ladies! I have to be careful or I'll get baby fever LOL

I'm in this position with my husband. We sat down and talked about my concerns for his health, happiness and longevity. There is nothing that I can do to force him and I wouldn't want to anyway, but he does need to know how his health is affecting our family unit. It has to be something HE (and your mom) wants for…

Bookmarking all this! I only use Fitness Blender, Yoga with Adriene and Bikini Body Mommy. The last one irks me a little, but whatever. I'll check out the ones you all listed. :)

Logging has stopped me from over snacking. I don't want to log a sip of soda or go through the irritating process of weighing food if I'm not hungry. The other day I ate way to much in snacks and didn't have enough calories to have a good portion at dinner, and that SUCKED, so I now make the decision "If I eat this will I…

Why are you drinking two gallons of water?

With the recipe calculator, can you adjust it the next time you make something? That would save me so much time in the future. I hate writing everything by hand, doing the math, over and over and over and over again. The good thing is that when I make something it lasts and I can eat it for lunch/dinner for a few days.

Dayum. There are no other words. Your mother needs to lock you up.

I'm glad I read this because I've been weighing my solids using measuring cups/spoons and going by what the package said. Thanks for posting this.
-
Last week I had 600 calories in chocolate in one day. At least I logged it. :/
-
Set aside a goal amount in grams or calories per day and gradually decrease it. You don't have to give it up for good, but it is a good idea to cut down. Good luck!

I wish there was a like button so I could button hump SLLRunner. Well said!

My belly looks like Freddy Kruegers face at 90. I hope it firms up. How many months PP are you?
-
I didn't even notice that... Yeah, you don't look very wide to me. :/

I'm 5'10 and 155. My goal weight is between 140-145. I haven't been below 170 in maybe 10 years (I'm 24) and I've never been at the weight I probably should be at, so I don't know what feels best. Here's the thing, at 170 and 155 I don't look much different. Saggier sure, because I had a baby (220), but I carried the…

Welcome! I'm sorry you had to hear such hurtful comments, but I'm glad they inspired you to get healthy! What is your goal?
-
Yes, I have. I gained a lot during pregnancy and my body was a sloppy mess postpartum. Going out and being social was hard. Pretty much for two years I've felt like a walrus. Every time I go down a pants size I get a little bit of that ease and happiness back.
-
You can add me. I haven't been counting calories (I am now). My highest weight was 220 December 13 (after pregnancy) and now I'm 155.
-
Don't complicate it by overhauling your diet. Just eat less of what you normally do and start subbing in healthier options.
