You are definitely not alone! We all go through this. I'm 5'5 and relatively in shape (I have some BF to lose) but still fight "teeny person envy." Powerlifting has helped me a TON...now I focus more on what my body can DO as opposed to simply how it LOOKS.

That's incredibly rude, and sounds like it was most definitely was intentional. If she does it again, I would report her to management at your gym. No body has the right to make someone else uncomfortable like that.

Sent you a FR...I just started fresh Monday as well!

Glad to hear you've added more calories--that was going to be my suggestion for the energy problem. I also wouldn't worry about naturally occurring sugars (like what's in plan Greek yogurt); just focus on getting rid of the added sugars and artificial sweeteners (if you use them). It does get easier, I swear!

Desk worker here too. I'm up around the same time and have an hour commute. I have a mini stair stepper under my desk (got it on Amazon for like $40) that I try to use 5 mins/hour. I also go for a walk on my lunch break and then eat at my desk later. Every little bit of activity helps!

I'm from Shippensburg-ish! Anyone else from the south-central PA area?

Sure, I'll play!

Yes, this. Losing weight doesn't necessarily mean you're losing fat--you could just be putting yourself in "skinny fat territory"--thin with a high body fat percentage.
