I added an additional meal entitled “supplements” to keep track of the vitamins and medications I take. This has worked well for me and my doctor to keep track. I also note how I am doing in the diary. Hope this helps.

I received the polar ft60 for Christmas and am trying to figure out how to use. I would love other input on how to then use the data in mfp. I did record my workout today but do not know how to diary my results yet.

I have been searching too, I spin at the gym and take a strength class so I do not need a GPS type. I am thinking of the Polar 60. The reviews on amazon were the most positive. Does anyone else use this tracker? Knowing what features are important have help narrow the market for me at least but I am still debating.
