Amazing goal. Question - how are you getting in protein? I see fitness pal recommends eating nuts, but then I'm outside my fat quota fir day. I find it difficult to find motivation and time. Kids, teacher, life, 45, etc. What does a daily routine look like for you and where do you find motivation for this goal?
