Wow thanks so much everyone :D!!!! I did alright then :) My mother in law made 750 grams of pasta for 6 people. So I'm roughly estimating 560 calories per person for the pasta. :) Of course it's more because of the sauce, but the sauce wasn't too many calories. :)

Thank you so much futuremanda! I heard that cravings mean your body needs a certain vitamin, so I thought my body must have been craving calcium if I was craving soda. I think it could be emotional more likely then, like old habits, because I like it, and as a treat.

If I crave it a lot, I don't deny it to myself. I never deprive myself of anything I really want. I'm just curious as to why it's happening and why primary on those days.

That is pretty strange you are on the low side being from Tucson! But it does happen. The problem is here in the Netherlands, they don't sell supplements like calcium or vitamin D really. I found out what type of fish they are! Just asked my husband ha ha. In Dutch, there called Baarsje voorntje. But I'm not sure of the english name and google translate doesn't help. :( If anyone recognizes them from google pictures, do you know what is best to use for those fish?

we do use worms sometimes, but we are going fishing tonight for a hour or two. I dont have time to run to the fishing store to get worms right now, so I'm going to the grocery store to get something since I have to get dinner for tonight anyways :)

I'm not sure what type of fish they are, since I'm pretty new to fishing, but we fish in a pond, so the fish are pretty small. :) We normally use corn or bread as bait. There nothing special like catfish ha ha.

Wow that is pretty awesome! I never knew you could burn so much calories by doing house work or even by sitting around doing nothing! The amount burned from doing nothing surprised me the most since I thought the amount would be a lot lower. :)
