Damn straight. I hate the idea of wearing a swimsuit without board shorts now because of my saggy *kitten*. I never wore board shorts before to cover up my huge pear-shaped butt. The bingo wings I can deal with later; I need my sleeveless tops to get through an Aussie Summer.

I believe the technical term is a transpoosion :D Actually, I'm not joking here. Some Gastroenterologists I know through work call them that.....

Not to mention that it takes about 10,000 years for a glacial period to actually form, not a generation. That would be some pretty proactive evolution, from the virus AND the humans. And why wouldn't said viruses infect other animals to protect them from certain icy doom? I want to ride me a fat kangaroo whilst I hunt some…

I still tear up every time I put a single serving of peanut butter on my toast. To think I used to eat it from the jar with a spoon.... Certainly explains a lot though!

I chose losing weight over a life of chronic pain and slowly losing my ability to walk. I, at 160kg / 350lbs, decided to specifically put my body first instead of everything else around me for once. I knew how it all worked, yet had chosen to do nothing for so long because it was hard. I enjoyed food, and didn't want to…

If you were eating stereotypical superbowl food, you'd be experiencing some wicked fluid retention due to the salt content of the food. I mean, you didn't go 17500 Cals over maintenance to put on 5lbs ...and if you did, I'd hate to think how your digestive tract is coping right now >_<

I'm currently going without sleep so I can play Conan Exiles around my work schedule. The male bodily mechanics are interesting. Swimming naked is an eye-opener. Guess it's about time though; the female boob physics have always been amusing.

There's a subreddit devoted to meal prepping. There's lots of different types of meal prep being done there depending on how many days in advance you're doing it, your calorie deficit and how many meals per day you're going to pre-prep.

I second budget bytes. Things will vary in price depending on your area (a few things on her lists are triple the price in Aus), but in general they're really good if you're trying to get the basics of a food budget planned. P.S The weeknight blackbean chili and Italian wonderpot are by far my fav recipes on the site.…

The majority of meat I use has been pre-prepared and frozen, then taken out when needed. Same with the rice; it gets frozen into 150g packets and I take one out as needed. As to frozen veg, I use it about 20% of the time. Usually when I'm too lazy or the fridge is looking a bit mother Hubbard. Monday bento is lazy bento:…

I do that all the time. Still doesn't mean you shouldn't take a picture. If you don't like the look of them on their own, mix them with some eggs and a pinch of salt and turn them into a frittata that'll last a couple of days. Hiking bento - I'm going on an 18km hike tomorrow with a 1000m ascent, so need to fuel The bento…

Since you know what your breaking point in the day is, why don't you start with changing your lunch habits? Bring lunch in from home. Get a nice lunchbox that's not jumbo sized. Make a lunch that is within your calories that you want to eat. Something that looks good, smells good, tastes good. Something that when you go to…

teehee, I see what you did there :D

your power level is over 9000....

Trust me, no one is going to read your story and go "pfff, she's a slacker. I coulda done it quicker" ;) That's nearly 1.75lbs a week, and I call that a totally awesomesauce job. 90lbs down is 90lbs down!

budgetbytes Couldn't recommend this website more

Haha, I've noticed this one as well. You also don't wear out the carpet below your office chair any more either.

Thanks - I knew there was a proper term, but brain wasn't co-operating. I also wrote Hereford instead of Holstein in my haste to type a response on my break. As far as I was aware, no dairy cattle are naturally polled, and the polled versions we do have of Holsteins are through cross breeding with beef cattle, and some…

...slighty ripe zombie thread has arisen? I just wished governments used this definition. There's an issue at the moment with scientists who have genetically engineered some hornless hereford bulls to create hornless dairy cattle, so the cows are less likely to injure each other when they're coming in at milking times, and…

@sleepigrl Heehee, the red box in my most recent pictures is the same as yours ^_^ That looks delish btw. @ivygirl1937 bout time :p . Kyouko is satisfied

Height: 186cm / 6'1 SW: 155-160kg / 341-352 lbs ish? (my scale only went up to 150kg, so I don't know) CW: 96.5kg / 212 lb GW: 75-80kg / 165-176lbs I believe I'm actually about 130kg in the first picture and at max weight in the second. I'd been put on phentermine, but shortly after I injured my back, and my husband had an…

@ivygirl1937 Where's your bento, hmmmm?? huh? Huh!?! HUH?!?!

Meat is not bad for you. Dairy is not bad for you unless you are lactose intolerant or have an issue with milk proteins. And an avocado is damn calorie dense, so that's not sound reasoning to drop meat products OP, I may not have been a full time baker, but I used to have a small at home business making custom order cakes,…

haha, I'll make sure I put on my best stern face... . .. ... ....wait, that's not right...

Wednesday & Thursday bentos! The red bento is for Wednesday (338Cals). Cumin rice mixed with matcha salt & an umeboshi, salt & pepper fish bites and a salad of tomato, carrot and cucumber. The blue bento is for Thursday (391Cals). Cumin rice with matcha salt & an umeboshi, salt and pepper fish bites, and the same veg mix…

As far as I'm aware, if you can see her food diary, go into it, and use the quick tools button for the meal you're sharing, and you can copy it to your diary from there. Not sure if it becomes a stored recipe though.

Meal pre-prep starts with a good plan and shopping list. As a person who shops monthly (with a small shop for salad vegetables each week if needed) and does a lot of meal prep, there are questions you need to ask yourself to prep properly, because they all affect how you plan: - Is there anything you don't eat? Are you low…

I generally don't bother with them any more, but it used to be diet coke with lime. Coke zero just gets a passing score in my book. If I can find it though, I will happily slurp my way through cans of diet dr. pepper all day long (It's kinda hard to find in Australia, and can cost upwards of $3 a can when you do :( )

Aren't the entries with the ticks next to them data that was gathered from the chain's own nutrition panel? I wasn't talking about user verified entries.
