Level 2 is always a killer for me... for the second time in this shred.. my foot bottom hurts and burns a lot... how can I avoid this? Any tips?

@DaneanP sorry i didn't get what you said ..if my weight is 69.2 kg how many calories i burn per each workout?

i'm in day 7 of level one ... second time for this shred.. i'm losing inches but not weight.. i would like to know the right way to eat before and after working out .. should i eat something before this workout or not?? and when to have my break fast after?

Day 2 done... i have no idea why my right knee hurts as well my foot ... anyhow i can only do 10 push ups then switch to the beginner move... and gosh the punch workout hurts a lot ... if don't feel any sore while doing abs workouts, that means i'm not doing it right or what??...

interesting !! i'm in ... i wanna also lose 10 kgs in long term .. but now doing my best to lose 5 kg b4 the new year..

glad to hear you are now more happier mother ... i have two sweet little girls 9months and 24 months ... i'm sure you know how much time they need at this stage ..i left myself totally gone to the edge... and left my job... but recently i decided to take care of myself ... since i've started exercising i felt more better…

Good job ... i'm suffering losing more pounds since i'm so close to my natural weight... 3 weeks no diet nor sport ... i hope i'll get into the track back again ... mental fight stage again !!

I have started the shred earlier last month ... finished 10 days in row, took one day rest to start level 2 , then my feet got hurt... so i'm in from today ,going back to level 1 again
