Don't deprive yourself of nutrients with 1200 Cal per day only! Better to eat clean, but enough. Then "work" the calories off to get to your "target" of how many calories you want to eat. Michael Phelps said that he burned 12.000 calories a day during training. Don't burn THAT MUCH a day but try to keep track of your daily…
