  • Hi, I have about the same goal so we could do it togheter. I'll send you a FR.
  • Hi gracie, I started last week as well, and yes, I follow the meal plan. It seems to work good for me (although it is a bit early to have a good view on it). I don't think it will cost you really that much money. I don't follow all the recipies as outlined in the plan, but I stick to the 40% protein, 40% carbs and 20% fat…
  • sent you a request
  • Hi Megan, watch your calories and exercise! And make sure to eat health food (calories alone don't tell everything) You'll be in no time on your goal, for sure B) Look at what you want to achieve, don't at where you are now! Go for it! Jurgen
  • Great work! I am now on day 9 of the program. I also follow the nutrition plan ((40% protein, 40% carbs and 20% fat) but I also feel like that the amount of calories they proscribe are somewhat high. I should take 2500kcal :o but I actually feel fine at 1800-1900, no hungry feelings at all that is, so that is what I follow…
  • Very motivating to see all this. I just started on monday so still a loooong way to go. It's not easy but it feels so good afetr having done one more work out. Wish me luck!
  • I had the same when I looked at the scale, so time to work on it!
  • did the fit test yesterday and the cardio recovery just afterwards. At least I have now a starting reference. The test was really killing me, but the cardio recovery was really great to make it pass.
  • Hi there, just started insanity (with the nutrition guide as well) on monday. I want to lose 45 lbs over the couple of months to come. Going day by day. Good thing you added exercise, prep yourself for insanity and give everything! You'll be doing fine!
  • Hi there, I just started on monday as well  But I didn't take the fit test... I actually did the plyometric cardio circuit on monday and on tuesday. If I have time I might just do the fit test today before doing the cario recovery. I just discovered MFP, it seems a big help, but no friends yet :\ so feel free to add…
  • Hi HaleyBrom, great that you started Insanity! I just stared two days ago so we'll be in to it "together". If you're not used to doing push-ups, it's definitely better to start doing them on your knees. That way you'll save your wrists and you'll be able to do more repetitions. As you progress you'll be able to do them…
