I love chocolate and I don't deny myself its loveliness. I make it healthy by adding 1/2 tbp of Trader Joe's Unsweetened Cocoa Powder to 4 oz of almond milk or 1/2 c of ice cold water, and 1/2 a frozen banana (sliced). Blend together and it's a delicious naturally sweet chocolate treat!

Measuring my food portions has helped me tremendously! I never know how much I was eating until I started measuring it. It has made all the difference in the world in my wellness journey.

When I want to overeat I remind myself of how awful I felt the last time I did it. That usually works for me.
