Weight creeped back up this week. I think last week's weight was a fluke because I've been sick with pertussis and not keeping much down. Now that I'm a high dose steriod my eating has been a little crazy.

Question: Is the starting weight meant to be our overall starting weight, or what we started out at the beginning of the challenge, or does it not matter?

I'm gonna try real hard not to overindulge tomorrow knowing that I have to weigh in the next day ... We'll see how well I do. At the very least, I'll get a lot of extra calories burned by cooking all day.

Down another .8. I'm shocked. I've been dealing with walking pneumonia for 2 weeks now and haven't been able to do much in the way of exercising. And my meds have made me ravenously hungry. I'll take it though.

Oops. I'm so sick with bronchitis I totally forgot to weigh in this morning.

I've not been doing so well with exercise. But trying to stay on target with food. Some days are better than others. I think just the knowledge that I'm going to log whatever I eat is a motivator to not crap.

I'm down 0.8. I'd say it's all water weight ... but I've been challenging myself to drink a gallon of water a day, so it can't be that.

Hello. I'm coming back to MFP after an extended hiatus. I was nearly down to my goal weight last November ... and now I find myself having recently turned 35 and at my highest weight ever (excluding times when I was pregnant).
