On your startpage (Home), click on Goals and then Custom . But why do you think 1500 is too much? What are your weight and height as it is now? MFP uses a NEAT-Method, which means you should eat minimum the 1500 and eat your exercise-calories.

I love oatmeal for lunch at work. I measure up about 35-40g of oats before I leave home, bring with me. I add hot water, sugar (comes in ready packets of 6g), cinnamon, chop up an apple, pear or other fruit if I have it, maybe eat it with some almonds. It is tasty, and it fills me up. :)

Yes. The rice is very high in calories, and make rolls with avocado, tempura, salmon has lots of fat, sugar in the ginger... Eat sashimi if you want to be careful with the calories :-)

I had sushi on saturday, ate 13 pieces and it quickly ended up on 800 calories (roughly estimated)! So watch out, but enjoy it :) 10k steps a day is very good. Keep it up. :)

I eat about half my calories on breakfast, lunch and afternoon snack at work, then the rest for dinner and an after-dinner snack. So 50/50-ish. I like a big dinner.

I think you need to contact fitbit support for resetting a fitbit. Updating to a new one should be all right, you already have an account and when you register your new charge, you register it into the same account. :)

I work in an office. If you have an adjustable desk you can use it to stand while working good parts of the day. Drinks lots of water and you run to the bathroom all the time.Tips to get in more exercise at work cold be use the copyer at another floor /another part of the floor to move more. :)

No offense, but maybe you should talk to your doctor about this. You can also use the search option in the forum and search for mirena, it will then show all post that mentions mirena.

Just eat low carb food. Avoid bread, pasta, rice and starch filled vegetables like carrot and potatoes. I can recommend the book Life without bread http://www.amazon.com/Life-Without-Bread-Low-Carbohydrate-Diet/dp/0658001701. It is useful when you are going for a ketosis based diet.

I believe it is red 0 because you have no more to go on. 1 is green, 0 is red, -1 is red. For me it makes sense. It is kind of a warning "stop, you've used it all now!" :)

I cheat pretty often and eat over my calories. I also put in "500 calories" in my food diary because I can't find the exact product in the list.
