My son asked for a happy meal a few weeks back. It smelled soooo good (and I am normally not a fast food person). I wanted something sooo bad. But I didn't get anything. I was proud of myself. It's sooo hard. I walk around my job and there is a McDonald's a block away. I smell the fries.... :(

Up until this last month, I was mainly just walking 20-30 min, 3 times a week. I have added another day of exercise and occasionally jog. I had foot surgery in September and it's still a little painful, so I try not to overdo it. So, yes, it's definitely possible! Good luck!

I would like to know if you have any other suggestions for breakfast. I switch between egg whites, turkey sausage (sometimes I do an english muffin) and oatmeal. I am getting kinda bored. I also sometimes add veggies to the eggs or salsa to change it up. I have been doing that for almost 80 days.

My goal weight is 165, which is at the end of my healthy range. However, I may do more once I hit that goal. I care a little more about how I feel and look than the scale. If I felt good and looked good at 226, I would have stayed there!

I am going through the same thing! I started a new job in June and bought some really cute things. I have had to get rid of them, because they are way too big and I even had a coworker say something about how big my pants were. It is a good feeling, but at the same time, it's a little sad.

I don't know if you consider 78 days just in, but I feel like I am still just starting. I am 19 lbs down, with another 41 to lose. Starting weight 226, current 207 and goal weight 165 (maybe a little more, we will see!). Over all I had a 61 lb weight loss goal. I am about 1/3 of the way there! :) Good luck! You can do it!

I don't know if you consider wine food, but I love wine, so I do reward myself with a glass every once in a while. I also try to keep an eye on the clearance section of my favorite stores and buy a new shirt, pant, etc in the next size down.

I make Oatmeal or Egg Whites (both need a microwave, not sure if you have that.) I switch back and forth between the two. Sometimes I had an english muffin and turkey sausage with the eggs.
