Taking a few full body pictures and actually liking the way it looks. I still have a long way to go, but I have also come so far. I didn't have to try taking the picture dozens of times, in different lights or angles - the first one I liked! :)

I am with you. I drink anywhere from 64 to 128 oz of water a day. I am constantly in the bathroom. :( It has gotten a little better though. I still wake up some nights to go, which I never used to do.

Two of my coworkers coming to me today to say I have "inspired them to be more healthy." One made the comment "You started a movement in the office!" Several of them have done things to help get them more healthy - joined WW, started walking on their breaks, bought fitness trackers. It was really flattering!

I go once a week to grab things like bread, milk, veggies, fruit, etc. I'd say in a month's time, I go big grocery shopping - meats, cereals, canned goods, etc.
