My goal now is 165/170 lbs, which still seems a heavy to me, but I care more about how I feel and look, than what the scale says. So, when I get there, I may go more. For now, I would love to be at 165/170, which is the weight I was when I met my hubby!

I work your normal M-F 8-5 schedule and have a 4 year old and a 7 month old at home. By time I pick up both kids (currently they both stay at different day cars), it's pushing 6/6:15pm. Considering almost of them are bringing "unhealthy" ones, I don't think anyone is going to be disappointed. If they don't want to eat it, they don't have to. I deserve a tasty dessert too, without using all of my daily calories!

Sure, I am in too. I am kicking myself for not taking before pictures from the side and front dressed. Not to be gross, but I took them in a bra and underwear and am not posting them here. I wouldn't do that to anymore! But I do have some pictures of me from Halloween (2 days after I started my diet) that I could use!

In the past, whenever I messed up, I used that as an excuse to give up. For example, if I splurged at breakfast, I just figured the whole day should be a bust. This time around, I don't think that way. We all mess up, just start over! And don't be so hard on yourself!

With the exception of a surprise bottle of wine from the hubby, I have no drank any alcohol and don't plan on it. I told my hubby until I make it to my half way point, I am not having any alcohol, so no more surprises!

I was able to drink two glasses of wine last weekend, but I have the open calories. That is the only time I have drank. I don't think (at this point anyways) I will drink if I can't afford the calories.

I get an hour lunch, so I generally eat first, which takes about 20 minutes or so, and then I walk. I work for a law office in a courthouse, so if the weather is bad, I just walk up and down the halls. If the weather is nice, I head outside. I am in too. Friend request sent. My goal was 10 lbs by Christmas. I started on 10/29 at 224 and am down to 219.8 as of 11/12, so I think I can totally do it! My goal was on the lower side due to recent foot surgery and being limited on what exercise I can do. :) Good luck!

If I am eating a later meal, I try make it a lighter meal, without a lot of carbs. Basically, I try not to sit down at 7pm and eat a big bowl of spaghetti, instead maybe some green beans and grilled chicken. I also do the snack size candy at work to avoid going to the snack machine or getting too crazy. If someone does bring something, I either politely decline and get the heck away from it or have a small helping. I feel ya on someone always bringing something into work. It happens here too!
