I've been alternating my weights between 5 and 10lbs depending on the exercise. I'm happy to say I'm down 2 lbs. I believe I had some water weight gain. I've decided not to weigh in but once a week.

To Feistycat JNL (Jennifer Nicole Lee) fusion is a 45 min kick your butt workout DVD it comes with 12 you combine weights with cardio. I like it because I can do them at home. It is definitely a challenge for me.…
