You are correct. I think I do want to just put all this stuff behind me and thought I could just pick back up where I left off. I know logically that isn't going to happen and it is okay. I just need to be reminded of that. Thank you for helping to realize it! I am learning a lot through this journey and I need not to rush…

Thank you! I think I might have overreacted a little now that I look back but at the moment I felt like I was not succeeding. Today is a new day and I thank you for helping me through it. :) I do got this! :)

I COMPLETELY AGREE WITH YOU! This is not an easy thing and to have people that are encouraging and supportive can make all the difference. I know it really helped me. I went to bed feeling like I could do this and that was because of the people here so THANK YOU ALL!

I was on it for about ten days. I am not currently taking anything other Vitamin D as my level is down to 8. These last 6 months have been hell let…

I have opened it up now. I have a fitbit and try not to ever eat as many calories as it says I can for that reason. I do have really low Vitamin D now and was just told that could be part of it. Do you know if that is true? It has been a little over two weeks with no weight change and about a month with just a few pounds.

Sorry I guess I didn't save it when I changed it to public. My diary should be open now. I of course will keep going just getting frustrated.
